Booking a reception venue
We are about start planning our wedding and are looking at a range of different venues for the reception to take approximately 200 guests. Are there any questions that we need to ask the owners, in order to make sure that the venue we eventually choose is the right one for us?
There are
number of general questions you need to consider, which
cover almost every type of venue. Are you having a disco,
a brass band, or a soloist? Are there disabled guests who
might need wide doors to be able to comfortably negotiate
the venue? We have listed below some of the more usual questions
to which you should add any that might occur to you.
1- What is
the maximum number of guests that the venue can cater for?
2- When to the final numbers have to be decided?
3- How many cars can the car park accommodate?
4- Is there a cloakroom service and is there a charge?
5- Is smoking allowed in the building?

elsewhere?
